Professional Course

Our professional course is intensive and has high-level content that will make you a Sushi chef in 2 months.

Private Lesson

Private classes can be scheduled upon your request. You can learn specific topics to satisfy your needs. You can learn not only sushi but also Japanese cuisine.

International Students

To apply for a Student Visa you need the I-20 Form, which is a Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Students.
We follow a 6 steps process to help you get your I-20.

General Students

If you do NOT need an I-20 from us, your process will be as General Student regardless of your nationality.

If you are ready to enroll in any of our classes, please fill out your application online and send it to us. You can also visit our school and process your application in person.

We will accept your application form for any class that is scheduled on our calendar. Remember that our classes have limited spots. Get yours at the earliest.

Sometimes we have dropouts or cancellations last minute. You can join the waitlist for the class if it is full, and we will let you know as soon as a spot is available.

Application Form

International Students

PROCESS MUST START AT LEAST 120 DAYS BEFORE START DATE

You must be ready to start your I-20 process at least 120 days before the start date.

The US Embassy will not accept your documents before 120 days of the class start date. (They could hold your documents until the day you are coming and it can cause a delay in your process.)

You must collect your documents for the interview at the US Embassy.

The Form I-20 is one of the documents you must collect. We issue this document for an M type VISA (Non-Immigrant Vocational Student).

30 Day Before Start Date

You will be allowed to enter the US. You have a 30 days period to enter the US before the class starts.

1st Day

Professional Course Start and goes on for 2 months.

Last Day – 30 Days Period

Professional Course Graduation

You will have a 30 days period after the graduation to leave the US. You MUST leave the US, otherwise you would be violating the terms of your VISA.

You can set up classes for Tempura, Sukiyaki and more. Please let us know what kinds of sushi and Japanese dishes you are interested in when you set up your lesson.
