3 Day Sake Sommelier Class builds on understanding Japanese essence of sake, history, taste, type, brewing, ingredients, and pairing with food.

People who enjoy Japanese food, Japanese culture, and interested in learning the romantic and secretive world of sake.
Sake taste is extremely sensitive and it can be matched with sushi, Japanese food and other cuisines. Not only sushi lovers, but also chefs will enjoy learning about sake.
Let’s learn about the secret of sake and Japanese traditional food.
First 2 hours of each day is for lecture and studying, and the remaining time will be for tasting and discussion.
The class will be instructed by Sake Sommelier Yoshi Murakami who will bring great knowledge and experience of sake.
A Certificate will be given for the completion of this class.
